I wanted to post this an hour ago, firefox kept crashing because it was slow as fuck, so I'll give the short version.
I wanted to make a timecyc similar to Stormlexer's Dark City timecyc and simply used some grey/dark grey/very dark grey to make this. Every weather and every hour has been adjusted
so I guess it's Freeplay-friendly. Haven't really tested out the night part of it but it's nothing special, really.

Boring timecyc after 2 minutes but at least it's something.
