I remember I had one. Does anybody have it? I'm looking for some plugin to make a video more smooth. It tends to be on quite low fps and it looks bad. Is there any way to improve it? I also had some cool blur plugin that worked well.
e: I mean look at this. It's just not right :| I know Beat uses AE but still.

I don't see slowed down footage in this clip. Anyway Vegas' motion blur works well

I remember this one thing where you highlight the video, and in the top right corner there is something that makes the video smooth/lag free. I used to use it when I made CoD videos.
There are some other things that helped me and I didn't use plugin.
Go to preferences and turn off media manager.
Highlight the video (like I said above) and press shift+b then go to preferences and set the preview rate lower.

in after effects (cs5) is easy to make a smooth video :)

You need to make full 25fps (on SA for example). If you don't have any 'proper' hardware to make it record steady at 25 or record at 15 and use a 1.6666 multiplier, as my friend Rusch always say, you'll have 24.999999999 frames, which will make them look blendy.
Instead of using a plugin, you could record at 15fps and use Reel smart motion blur in After Effects, which will make it look like this:
