Title: I was just wondering...
Post by: Christian on June 01, 2011, 09:07:09 AM
Am I the only one who does not have Task Maneger on his PC after 3 > 3 fucking re installs on his Windows? (the copies of Windows were different) Is it from VC or something? Cause it looks like it appears exactly after I install VC and the map mods.

And you installed all the other stuff before VC? If so that's weird.

No idea, but I also find a kind of solution. Theres a TaskManeger fix but you need to start it everytime you start your PC. Im not satisfied with that, so if you have something which can help, I please you - share.

hey I had the same problem!
follow this in regedit:
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Name: DisableTaskMgr
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1=Enablethis key, that is DISABLE TaskManager
Value: 0=Disablethis key, that is Don't Disable, Enable TaskManager

It's some time but I thing this helped me
