Anything can beat Black Ops, its just terrible.
I think this will be completely different on the single player side because of the places you visit so it surely must have an awesome story line.

So true Baseline! This game doesn't even look like Call of Duty. It's more like a bad copy of Battlefield. I'd love a new part being similar to CoD4. It's the best part of all, until now.

I am tired of these post apocalyptic/modern ware FPS's, where's the originality, I miss games like Spyro and crash Bandicoot, back when game were about fun than graphics and 12 year old nobs with headsets. Unfortunately for me, I'm in the minority, still that's why I'm making my own game :)

How can you compare a game like Spyro to Call of Duty? Those are two totally different genres, made for completely different audiences. Don't get me wrong, I love every one of those games; Spyro, Bandicoot, Banjo Kazooie, Jak, Ratchet & Clank etc.
It's not like these kind of games aren't being made anymore, and if you don't like the upgraded versions of these games (I know I don't) just do some exploring and you'll find a ton of similar games. Have you played Mini Ninjas forexample? It has that Zelda feel to it which is brilliant, so go easy on the FPS games and let the millions of people who enjoy killing eachother over and over, well, kill each other over and over.

That was until I got the game, barricaded myself in my room and hit play. That's when I understood what people enjoyed so much about these first person shooter games. The single player in Modern Warfare 2 is absolutely mindblowing if you play it in the right mood. My heart was racing like crazy on almost every mission. All in all loads of fun, which led me to get Homefront, BfBc2, SGW, and many more.

I know what your saying, but I bought MW2, played it through and played online, and I wasn't impressed, it was just boring, the online was annoying as hell what with hyper 12 year olds and "gangsta's" raging all the time, and the single player was short and unsatisfying. I honestly don't see the appeal, I also don't get why they release a whole new game when it's about 60% the same as the previous, and could quite easily be DLC. The whole franchise annoys the hell out of me for many reasons.

Well that looks fast paced! I like the set up, though I understand the criticism on how the series continues on the same pattern and lacking originality.
The big scale and vivid gameplay scenarios seemed great!

BlackOps Singleplayer + Zombiemode are just purely amazing and so much fun, but the multiplayer in my oppinion is a huge piece of shit which doesnt make any fun playing, so I hope the mw3 mp won't fail. :jajaja:

Won't buy it.. maybe if I am in the mood and prices are down by 50% so that the game is on its actual worth. :ajaja: Gonna buy BF 3 for sure on the Xbox 360, the multiplayer of BFBC2 is just mindblowing and the maps are 10x better then COD. Alot of space, verhicles.. actually, they are perfect for me (except laguna presa rush :ninja:). If you enjoy spawnkilling, small maps, getting a predator on your head every 5 seconds or nukes.. then go ahead. I play MW abit on my PC and am closing on level 55, so don't tell me I don't know what I am talking about :P The SP of MW2 was quite nice, but the MP is probably the most stupid thing I ever played..

Well after buying MW2 and playing Black Ops on the PS3 of my brother I've decided to never take another COD game anymore.
I got WaW, COD4 and MW2 all on PC. Beat COD4/MW2 storylines, didn't finish WaW (yet) but it bores pretty damn fast. I just happen to also get mad real quick but the multiplayer really is
designed to piss you off, especially with the overpriced map packs which I guess happen to be good-for-nothing packs sometimes, or so I heard.
The only BF games I got is Heroes (which doesn't count in here, actually :P) and BC2. The multiplayer of BC2 is 10x harder to me with snipers at places I can't see n stuff (+ I don't play it that often
so I suck pretty much now) but anyway, if I eventually do end up considering I might go and get MW3 tell me if it's worth it or not considering the points I just mentioned.
Well, if it has a good storyline I'll be sure to consider buying it. MW2 had a good one with some nice variation (played some of Black Ops, after 30 mins I was bored outta my mind), COD4 was
decent and WaW... meh.

I'm getting MW3 mainly for the singleplayer. I've been waiting nearly 2 years for a continuation of the MW2 storyline, because it ended so abruptly. And if it's not a continuation of MW2, I'm gonna rage. :C
Can't be bothered with the multiplayer probably, it has only gotten worse every game since CoD4. I might just try it out to see how crappy it's gonna be though.
