Title: GTA IV FPS Increaser?

Do anyone have, or do anyone know does someone have FPS increaser for GTA IV or does that kind of thing excist? I could finally play that game with pleasure if did  :)

that timecyc might increase your fps like +20 or so, but nothing compared to the SA FPS increaser!
btw that would be pretty impossible to make such a thing in IV like they did on SA
