Hi here is Pumpkin from STMstunters
I want to present you my band i have hope you will enjoy it!
Alien Voices
Our band was created by me in the end of 2008. The name of band is inspiration from God beacuse we are christians and our vioces are coming from another world, from God and for God. Our music style is trash/progressive metal and the biggest inspiration are Metallica, Pantera, Dream Theater, Spastic Ink, Blotted Science. We are interes in funk and jazz too. This records were made in 24 of june 2010, i have hope you will enjoy it beacuse it is not only music it is deep feelings for another people:

Vocals needs improvement and maybe some weird-ass experimentation. Great musicianship, the chemistry between the band members is just great. :P

I like the guitar a lot, but the drums and vocals are a bit less. Very nice though.

I know my vocal is not good, i am gonna be 16 in august so i have time for nasy bad ass vocal xD but you are right bass sucks beacuse i dont play bass it was only for record beacuse now we dont have bassman, drumer was playing on freestyle. Alien picture is for fun it is words game, Alien Voices so Alien picture. It is like logo.

It's far from horrible, but I think for a young band, without much experience and expertise, the only way to sound really good is to be experimental and creative as fuck, even though their sound is still not perfect.

Well yeah, a alien themed christian trash metal band? Fuck yeah, something we've never heard before.. atleast the alien thing.
Anyway, i personally really liked the instrumental parts in the beginning, that reminded me of some metallica song, well metallica aren't even good but it's good anyway, try to improve the record-quality though, i bet it would've been way more enjoyable without these random backround noises. As soon as the lyrics kicked in i.. i sometimes kinda felt like listening to neutral milk hotel, i think you don't have to highlite that you guys are a christian band by singing jesus over and over again.. gosh that's more annoying than lyrics about vikings and castles.
Keep it up guys and try something different, metal gets boring. :euro:
