So yeah, i already asked in "Drifters" topic. How to get it done?

I'm pretty sure Daffy using that tutorial made a special file for SA cam hack that allowes it to be used on win7.
Sadly it didn't work for me. I tried using Daffies file. I know it's for SA but it didn't even install/open. Same thing happend when i tried to open it with help of tutorial. I always get
