Title: Vegas 10 - clips not playing

So I just finished this video *look at banner* and while I was editing one clip wouldn't show anymore so I re-edited that part and thought it wouldn't
happen anymore. So later when I finished it it happened again but also on 2 other clips and I have no idea on how to fix this (yes I looked on Google too but couldn't find
anything as usual). Please no useless answers because I need this fixed quickly.

Restart Vegas then render

Thanks guys, I'm trying to render a little test clip to see if it really will work.

edit: it's rendering really slow compared to Vegas 8, was the same with the previous render. Is this something usual in 10 or...?
