I'm not 100% on this but as far as I know it's just an MTA server, you just go to the IP in MTA and this is the game you play.. like I said I'm not 100% but as far as I know, that's how MTA and all this guys mods work :P

I've never had any contact with the dude but I'm pretty sure he knows of me.. so I'll talk to him about coming over here and releasing some of his mods with some tutorials for people new to MTA :)
