Title: Edit practise

First please: How to no get youtube unsynchronized lag at 0:25 ?
Second please: I dont know how edit part, when is full stunt. From 0:45 to 1:03. I dont know what effect to use.

and btw that vegas idea is getting pretty lame, diibbz was the first to use it and every one started to rip it of  <_<
