Title: Quality and FPS problem

So after I choose High Quality or just Quality from the NVidia control panel my FPS drops from 30 (recording in VC) to 10-15. And I have to record on Performance settings which means bugged and awful quality  :cheersad: Any ideas?

maybe just record at 10 or 15fps? that's what i do...

for 10 fps use 3.000 rate and for 15 fps use 2.000
