Title: HAF 922 problem
Post by: XTO -- on February 21, 2011, 09:20:04 AM
Well, I got my HAF 922 last year, and I didn't really bothered myself with this.

The thing is: I can't use the front USB, sound, e-sata inputs/outputs. I've connected every cable that it had inside, but there were only power and restart ones.

Any clues?

There should be some thin cables in a few colours hanging inside the case somewhere. You connect then to the pin on your motherboard for the front panel connectors (look in your motherboards manual to find out where each one goes.
If the case has the usb slots and audio inputs on the front the cables should be inside the case somewhere.

I did connect those colored one, but there were only power and reset ones :/

edit: i think i'll just remove the drive part of the case and check if there are any cables stuck anywhere

Well if they are on the front of the case there should be some cables hiding somewhere. Maybe have a look on Google and see if they are not included or something.

Yea mine were taped up behind the rear motherboard mount. I have the same case, so they should be there somewhere.

You may have to try and take the front off too, they could be lodged down in there somewhere.
