Title: GTA Dont Try this at home
Post by: Mr.Magic on June 23, 2005, 04:28:38 AM: Me and my friend(XaeRo) made a stunting video that includes stunts from GTA3, VC and San Andreas.

Scroll all the way down and press the "Free" button and wait for about 30 sec. Then press " Download: Do_Not_Try_This_At_Home.rar ".

Yeah I know it's my 2nd serious stunt movie and my friend's 1st so we arent that good. =)

stunts: easy, and most of the sa stuff probably happened by accident... I liked that grind though :)

editing: ok, try some effects

music: i like that song, but not a good choice for a stunt video

but keep trying :)

Music:Yay! One of my favourite songs.

Editing: OK, don't ever cut clips just before falling off or something, anyone can see it anyway.

Magic, I know you are doing much better in our vid. :)
I hope you guys will do another try and make some better stunts. :)

Good job.

Btw, if you listen and look at the last "Bruce Lee Fight", it's good synched to the music, haha. :P

Music: 7/10: Finally, a vid with a bit smoother music. It felt much more relaxed than many other vids, which are full of (to me) hard rock. This proves a stunt vid does not need a heavy song to make it work.

Stunts: 6/10: 2nd vid, and that will count in rating it. The stunts were a bit easy, I didn't see any stunts that were great. Half of the stunts wasn't even landed right, and that's one of the things I find very important when it comes to stunting. A good landing "makes or breaks" a stunt IMO.

Editing: 2/10: Hardly any editing at all. The only editing I saw was "Warning, do not try this at home" and your names in the right bottom of the screen. You can compare editing to music: if it's not good, the whole vid doesn't really work

Overall: 5/10: Work on 2 things: your landings and your editing, cause those are the two things I miss.
