Arent the packers impossible to set up because they disappear?

if thats the LV hospital, ive already roofed if from two different spots, by packer bumping from airport fence. :grin:

I have MAIN.SCM with a spawner of Packer and Nrg-500!!!
I think many of you have it

You spawn a packer and a nrg if you have it and press shift+look right+look left i think.
I'm doing it that way but I have changed my controls
