I'm sharing a Menu skin that I made

Requirements:

• Cleo 3 or 4

Cool Features:

• Skip Game Titles
• Load Game on the main page

Installing too many cleo mods can decrease your fps massively lol, but I never use them so dling.

It looks very nice although I don't really want to replace files like the gta_sa.exe if it's modded. By the way isn't it illegal to do so?

Nope, if you're claiming you MADE the game which takes the full rights from Rockstar Games - then it's illegal. Just like GTA United, it's legal.

Installed it and it looks nice, but I don't get the top options and the GTAS logo. Do I need to update my CLEO or something?
