Title: Help please?

Hey guys.When I render my videos in .avi or .wmv the image quality is low and brighter.
It isn't a Sony Vegas problem because this happens in VirtualDub too.Temporarily I render my videos in .mp4 but it renders slower and the size is bigger.Can someone tell me what is the problem fast?

If you mean white pixelated colors, i got this lately right when i updated to the new AMD driver, Catalyst 10.11, then i immediately downgraded to 10.4 and everything is fine now.

I have AMD Athlon II x2 245.I will update its drivers but what its that Catalyst?
E:Can't find latest driver  :angry:
