Title: FPS limiter?

I need one that locks the fps to 35 or 40. I know there's one that does it to 30, but that's not what I'm looking for.

I can do it normally, since my pc is pretty weak but there's a lot of lags.

Here's a small tool that I had previously used on my old system, you can customize the Vsync frame
rate to whatever pleases your needs.

Your welcome, I found it quite handy back when I couldn't reach 60 FPS whilst using Vsync. :happy:

The tool works and all but my replays are fast as hell  :(

Do you have that problem too, Shift?
