You can get a good runup extension with a packer. North point bug makes it a little difficult though.

you can also drive directly form the bridge into the "high houses district" 2nd vehicle isnt necessary

i have tryed this already, i setted up the packer op to bridge to make a longer runup
and bumped by that pool but no landed

My similar spot to this was to extend the runup from bridge / packer and then do a drop bump from the pool.
