Title: VC won't start

Since I got my new graphics card (GTS 250, don't ask why I didn't take the HD 5770) VC, LC and SAiVC won't start. I doubleclick it and nothing happens.
This didn't happen to any other games I tried. And I sure as hell would like to know what's going on. :c

And ye, I installed the latest drivers.
Specs if you need:
Windows 7, 64-bit
Quad core i7 920 @ 2.67 GHz
ASUS ENGTS250 DK
6 GB RAM

It ran fine before I installed this new card but I don't know what to do, HELP please! D:

e: didn't work. it created a new .set but nothing happened.

Reboot, run as an administrator and in compability mode or re-install the game.

when i buyed to my second pc at 2006 new videocard, gta vc and sa didn't work, but other games worked well, problem was in motherboard, which didn't work correct with my new videocard

Try to install Vice City in a VMWare OS and see if it runs there.
It won't fix the problem but it'll let you know whether the problem is tied to the software or the hardware and will let us help you further.

Yeah the VMware stuff is just too much fucking 'round. ATenShun tried helping me about AGP Texture Acceleration but my W7 restricts changing it.

Would a simple reinstall do any good?

try using a nocd exe
