Post by: Instel on November 02, 2010, 03:12:08 AM
Hai all, today I installed again magic bullets looks, but every time I click on "edit" after putting the effect on a clip, vegas crash, the tool doesn't "answer" and I have to close it.

I tryed 3/4 différents version of it and nothin changes, but in the past, I never got problems like thoses, and I'm on the same OS as b4...
If anyone could help me... Vegas pro 9...

MBL has compability issues with Vegas 9.

It's recommended to use 7 or 8

Its also a fucking render hog of doom, it will slow your render time down by 30-50% in my experience.  not to mention cause many crashes during. (Monolith...)

I gotta disagree there TB, while rendering Project Chimera, it took 30min longer to render than a "normal" version.

I believe yours crashes a lot since rendering with MBL uses a lot more of your processor, and obviously, trying to run anything else is bad :P

I recommend you to use SV 10
BTW XTO, before using SV 10 I was using SV 9 and MBL never crashed for me :S

Dont think so, perhaps my Vegas version, it was a bitch to get it all working, I have a quad core 2.83ghz so its not exactly slow, not terribly fast either but yea, perhaps it was just my "Frankenstein" of a Vegas setup i had going, as Daffy had put it :P
