Hey guys! So allbeast told me that packers are different in LC

Can anyone tell me how they are different, caus i told him i thought the cols are the same but he says they arent
or something? I dont understand a fucking thing he says caus his english is fucking horrible!

btw guys im so playing fallout new vegas in 3 hours!

Open the col in a Col editor or in max and compare them, by memory they're identical.
