Not exactly true. While they can be found, the drop probability is even lower now. This goes especially for the hats, some of which in the new update have certain advantages. For example, the "Ol' Snaggletooth" has the advantage of being immune to head shots. It's currently $17.49 in the store (more than the DLC for say, Red Dead Redemption, which adds in tons of MP character models, new gamemodes, more places to beat, etc. and almost as much as The Ballad of Gay Tony which is pretty much a whole new game in it's own right) Since the new stuff has low drop rates, you'd have better luck of winning the fucking lottery in real life, even when it's rigged! Not to worry though, you can buy all the new stuff for the LOW PRICE of $49.99! Hurry though because the it's a limited time discount and once the discount is up it'll cost only $134.83!

or you could, just, I dont know, stop playing after enjoying nearly 3 years of free updates? heaven forbid valve make money from the guys who care way too much about TF2 (such as yourself seeing you make that way too long post)

Look, I don't mind the idea of the store. I think it's a great idea and Valve should have some money for the updates they've been giving us. However, I just find the prices insulting especially since they give advantages in turn unbalancing the game and making it un-enjoyable. Not everyone is 12 with access to their parent's bank account, some of us have to work and pay bills.

People like to complain ...
No seriously I like the new update, tho some weapons are stupid, you got TRADING. The bonuses are cool but they have downsides to them. Just look at the sniper he is immortal to headshots with a full pack equiptment but can he headshot ? No.
Just play the game and stop complaining.

Now that I read that again, it came across wrong so I'll reword it. The majority of the players with stuff from the store will be younger people since their parents will just blindly give them the money. I wasn't trying to imply that you were a 12 year old and I'm sorry that it seemed that way. (the last few sentences were directed more at Valve than anybody else) It was early in the morning when I wrote it and didn't bother reading it again.

Ok after some playing and thinking, my only problem is with the paint.

I've seen some god damn ugly things running around and it hurts me deeply :(

No, it's too bright, the paints look totally out of place in every case...

Valve could have made the while more matt so the shine wasn't blinding... BUT NO LET'S BLIND FLAT FACE AND MAKE HIS TEARS MAGNIFY THE LIGHT SO HIS EYES ACTUALLY MELT OUT OF HIS FACE!
