its not that easy, u should land on the second roof like this, bump to the next house, bump there again and land the highest house there, oh, i forgot the stoopie on it and make a tree prec at he end.

Try to grind the orange billboard from the very left of the screenshot, and then bonk the street and land the disco top without airgrab thx.
