Can someone help me doing Barrack Obama stunts using Dannye's Main SCM>?
I use 6STARS wanted level cheat but no police is chasing me.How to deactivate this function?

Just download Dannye's Main SCM again to get the readme which should solve your problem ;)

Even with ghost town on, they still come after you...


Only explanation I can think of is that you've fucked with the files causing the game to stop spawning them.

Reinstall.
