Title: Loudspeaker

Hello guys!
I wanna buy some new loudspeakers as I'm gonna get a new room soon. I don't really know what would sound well enough, what would be loud enough and so on. I don't want anything special as I don't have much money, a 2.1 would be good enough. How many watts are good enough? What do you suggest?

 I know it looks funny, but I dig the way it sounds. its small and sorta decorative as a plus
