To those with 1920x1080 or higher: how is watching movies lower than the resolution? annoying borders? shitty quality?
-

Borders at the sides is like watching 4:3.. do you like watching in 4:3 with a 16:9/16:10 monitor? Do you?
-
Nothing's 4:3 anymore, and they can be scaled to 16:9/16:10 without looking too bad.

orly. then how do you make a 4:3 wmv/avi/mp4 file 16:9?
-
...seriously? Ever heard of scaling?
By pressing Shift+2 as I use BSPlayer. Can be done with any player.

Perhaps you should try doing the research by yourself and do some Google searchs and try out the player's settings, for example Video > Aspect Ratio.

first I'll stunt a little bit if you don't mind :>

I'll resize your aspect ratio, if you know what I mean
personally I dont resize shit, I just watch it
-
1920x1080 RPRZNT
Use VLC if you struggle with aspect ratios for films. A right click gives you the list of aspect ratios, then just pick what aspect ratio your monitor is, or go 2.21:1 if you want it to feel like a cinema :P
