See the colour at the top n the little dots all around?

also when watching videos, I see little dots in anything black :/

........... it's obviously a GFX bug.. I'm just wondering if it's my GFX card and it needs to be replaced or what..

That's mostly the sign of a dieing videocard yes... :/ Check temperatures with GPUz, Everest or something.
