Last friday i finished my latest VC video and it was time to compress it and upload it, but compression isn't my stongest side.
My video always got way to big or sucky quality, i've tryed WMV,3ivx and DivX.
Can someone help me finding a good codec and the right settings?

I've tryed it for almost 5 days now. :(

I use WMM for compression. It's best IMO.

lol, my vids are 3x smaller with WMM. Ur settings sucks in WMM. 1.500 & 2 MB are acceptable rates.

it shouldn't have come out as that big of a file unless you're using NTSC settings. encode to 640x480 2.1mbps and the file size should be 30-40% less than that.

EDIT: wmv 640x480 2.1mbps gives you the best quality:filesize ratio, out of all formats, imo.

try converting it to MPEG
