Does anyone know of a Ghost Town mod/cheat for IV? thanks.

Try to create multiplayer Free Mode LAN or LIVE server, then change there some settings about Ped's and Car Traffic.

use native trainer and put car and peds off !

If you have a look around the menu then you will find it really easily  :L

bump.. I also cant find the buttons for this  :euro: Version 6.0 ofcourse.. (of simple native trainer..)

it's possible to do it in native trainer btw, ask SS for his config, i had this but i don't have IV anymore
