Title: spawning actor with modified player skin

I'm pretty new to the modding stuff and would be glad if someone could answer me this.
How can i spawn an actor(using Vice builder) with the original player.dff but with modified skin?
Which could be used for intros and such?

Just make a new player skin for him

Or change his model to the tommy or something.
