Title: GTA IV problem

I got my new graphics card, and i can finally play GTA IV.
It started, it played for a good 7 seconds, and crashed.

WHAT DO.

E:Now it won't even start a new game, it crashes after the three loading screens.

Maybe you don't have newest drivers for your new graphic card  :P

Got the drivers and ran as an admin, still crashed when it tried to start new game.
