Title: ENB Series problem

K.. So I downloaded ENB + SA after I reinstalled my pc, but when I open SA and watch a car (reflection = on), it flickers. I mean, the reflection flickers sometimes and you see some weird scratches or w/e it is.

Oh and btw, please don't say that I should delete ENB coz it sucks :P

Change your settings on the reflection, real simple.

No, I mean, before I reinstalled my PC it worked fine. Same settings and stuff. But now it doesn't.

EDIT:
nvm, it works now.. But another problem:

When I just put my enbseries.ini to my folder, it doesn't read it. It just goes random blur, bloom, cc and stuff, but I only have reflection on.. Whats happening lol?
