Sorry for my bad english in advance, I just suck at describing a game error.
So yesterday I started the game and:
It started to load, than I can see my desktop with the lowest resolution. If I wait some mins, nothing happens, than I press ctrl+alt+delete and it says that the game is running.
This happens with every VC modifications, including LC, and SAiVC.
Other games (for example CoD 6) runs perfectly.

NO I DIND'T REINSTALL IT, and I do not want. If you guys can't help me, I'll reinstall it.

Try deleting gta_vc.set file. After that it's pretty impossible to locate the problam without further information, so reinstall.
