How do i convert a MTA SA map to SA SP?

Do you have any experience with map editing, map editors, iple/ide editing and other data file editing?

It is, just a pain in the ass. Because it's two different formats. Another(easier) thing would be converting a MTA map to SA-MP, but you can't really convert an MTA map to SP.
