Well, I know this has been discussed a lot of time. Never the less, I wanted to bring it up. First, I know that the frame limiter in SA is set to 25fps, most people don't like that because it's "lagging" the game. There's several tools that let you set the limit to either 30, 60 or even more FPS. San Andreas Performance Tool 3.3 (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=288759) as an example.
OK so what does being affected by frame limiter... From what JayFoxRox told me, it's just that the collision detection doesn't gets as much called with 25fps as with like 60fps. What does that mean... whenever you bump something, it has to do with the collisions. So, when the collision detection gets called more, you get more distance and height off a normal bump(I don't even know how this actually works, since I don't know how the physics engine of San Andreas works, but just look at most videos with fl off, you'll see what I mean). That means, that anybody with a frame rate over these 25fps has an advantage.
I don't want to force anybody to use frame limiter, it's more like a suggestion. I for myself, will use the frame limiter at 30fps, since VC's frame limiter is set to 30fps and no one is crying about that. Also, see it more as a challenge, most stunts won't be that easy anymore. ;)
Edit: NEVERMIND THIS TOPIC, YOUR REPLAYS WILL BE SPEED UP WHEN LIMITING THE FPS TO 30. THAT'S BECAUSE SA USES FRAME LIMITER WITH 25FPS ON THE REPLAYS. UNLESS SOMEONE FINDS A WAY HOW TO FIX THAT, I GUESS FRAME LIMITER OFF IS THE WAY TO GO.

Well, I'm going to lock the topic, but keep that in mind. People use FL on in VC since the beginning of stunting, no one whine's about it.
