I'm proud to present you the new video of Volatile Reticent, Saga.

It's been a little "long" time since our last crew video, Vivid. Arnax joined and left before he could ever be in a vid, And I returned. So everything will be back to normal

This time it was Sony who edited the video. This was his first "real" editing so don't expect anything excellent on that field of the video.

I loved that prec to the antenna darkstar did and his grind, and the awesome car stunts by redx.

I think most all the stunts were great A+

others were pretty nice too, redx had some greatlookin hotring stents :P

Song was used in quite a few videos, and I didn't enjoy the editing much, those frozen clips all the time followed by glows at 0% glowpercent looked ugly as fuck, sorry. The rest is okay even if not too synched.

Post by: PitBull on November 05, 2009, 01:32:10 PM: The first stunt was impressive it was edga if im right, darkstar owning that grind lost it btw his bump to prec near the rock band building was just sick and his hotting double/triple bump was just jaw dropping. RedX's tank stunts were really good too,he also owned the video with those hotting stunts especially that two wheel 2 fountain bump2 roof it was really great, Edgas CSM Was sick his p2b2prec looked like a hard angle, Sonys double bump wasn't bad too, Colas prec at the junk yard was really really cool that natural thing from him was just a great find and greatly executed, But The Finisher stood out for me. One of the best stunts I’ve seen in a while. Top job on it Darkstar really great stunt
GJ on this video guys, i liked the editing. Actually for first edit this is sick :) Top vid again VR 9.4/10

That double bump by sony has been spooking around in my head since "Merry ChrisTMS" came out, where Kingjad had the same bump to the low roof with a freeway, glad it got landed :3

Fantasic precision dude and Darkstars cabbie boost at the end, simple great dude. Enjoyed the editing, music and the stunts. very nice work guys. ;)

BUT AS FAR AS THE VIDEo goes,

I thought the stunts were unique, new, but not the most exciting stuff. I saw all of Darkstars stunts before today and I enjoyed his stuff the most. I really didn't like the song though it kinda was weird, and the editing was odd as well, it was like an oldschool video though, just simple and to the point for the most part but the queues were a little off. Either way I enjoyed it, it was fresh and I always seem to like your guys stuff so well done :)

good video, technically speaking darkstar's bump 450 degree to grind was the best stunt. but the most appealing was darkstar's bump to radio tower on the hospital. i have been wanting to see that done for way too long.

There wasnt really an intro, but the stunt is pretty cool ;)
Font was a bit standard but thats not a thing that really bothers me, I just said it to make this review look longer =o

Stunting:

RedX: Great tank stunt, if been trying it for a long time but never been able to reach the top of the building. The distanced camera angle is really cool btw. 9/10
Darkstar: Amazing bump 2 grind, the rotation makes it look great. 8.5/10
Cola: Great to see you stunting again, cool p2b, the bump is pretty tough but you made it look so easy and clean :( 8.5/10
RedX: One of my favorites of the whole video, great execution and stunt. Must have been pretty hard to find 10/10
Edga: cool find, doubt anyone though of that, especially that run up, cool stunt. 8.5/10
Edga: Another sweet stunt from you, really enjoyed it because I had a similar idea about this stunt, great to see this landed! 9/10
Darkstar: Nah, he isnt gonna land that, omg he is! =D Really sweet stunt man, and the execution was sooo clean! 9.5/10
Flashes in between(unknow stunter): Correct me if Im wrong, BUT.. I see a sabre turbo p2b'ing something.. and thats not in the vid, might wanna share it with us :P
Sony: Amazing double bump, its a pretty obvious spot, but yet nobody found it.
the second bump was very smooth ;) 9/10
Darkstar: hehe, hes probably not going to do the stunt I edged yesterday.. F*CK :(
Second best hotring stunt in the video, and a great execution! 9/10
Cola: =o nice find, I thought u were going to land the lower part so this was pretty unexpected. 8.5/10 NOTE: on youtube, while in mid-air, the video stops and wont continue..
RedX: I dont really like BSM's that much, but I actually liked it =o Run-up was weird but yet sweet, and I think its a pretty hard stunt .. so 8.5/10
Cola: Yet again, I dont like BSM's but this one was great! Really impressed me since everything about this stunt is hard, the run-up, the bump and the landing => good job on that one. 9.5/10
RedX: sweet tank stunt, I think your the first one to land this with a tank =D 9/10
Cola: Your best stunt in the video, amazing gap and landing. 10/10
RedX: hmm, dont really like it, for me the most amazing part is the run-up, because thats just awesome 8.5/10
Edga: Sweet p2b! nice bump and very clean landing! 9/10
RedX: Win.. A too wheeled double bump! =O It isnt as good as your first stunt because I dont like the landing and the building itself, but still and amazing stunt too see. 9.5/10
Darkstar: As I said in my previous comment, started looking for it the moment you showed me the picture, was just so curious! :laugh: Found the spot, but didnt tried it because that woulden't have been fair. Your best stunt in the video and a great way to end the main part! The fact that is was a precision made it even better and the execution was very very cool. 11/10 :rolleyes:

Credits & Music & editing:

I aint gonna review this because there was only text and I hate credits :P
So that leaves me with the music.. liked the song in the main part. Everytime they sang DEVOUR DEVOUR, I was like yay ;D
Editing could have been better. I dislike those closed up cam angles like on RedX's tank stunts. The rest was good tough, nothing that really bothered me or felt annoying. 8/10 for this part.

Overall

Sweet crew video, one of the best I have ever seen and certainly your best crew video!
The whole feeling was great and the stunts were one of a kind. Really liked the fact that there were so many cars and tanks in there. Editing and music fitted the stunts prefectly.
It was a pleasure to watch it, so gogogogo and make some more =o!!!!!!

He sent me this, and im glad he did. A perfect shot of fresh new stunts, nothing lame, nothing stupid just good old classic bumps and grinds. Just the way I like it. Sony's curb double bump had to be one of my favourites, it looked so clean and he made the stunt look real easy, really tastie. All of Redx's tank stunts were beasty, especially the packer ramp one, we all know how frustrating tank stunts can be but its paid off in this case, a definate show of dedication and effort. Darkstar's precision though, my god, that stunt looked amazing. Sick and simple, a winning combination, perfect bump, perfect landing, just a brilliant all round stunt. Epic work to all of the stunters in the video! I liked the song, it went well with the video but I didnt get a certain 'feel' from the song, also the editing didnt give me that either. Edit was nice and simple, went well with the stunts a lot of the time but I didnt like some effects. Either way a really enjoyable video, left me thinking, why the fuck dont these guys have a section?

That was my stunt, dunno why Sony didn't use it in the video. You will see it in my upcoming solo though. :)

The song was amazing and my favorite stunts were Cola's csm at the airport, RedX's csm to the pink building, Darkstar's bump2precision and Edga's ramp2csm and his p2b at the staduim

This video was perfect. Had that personality every VR video has, you just get that: This is VR video and nobody is doing stuff like this feel. Darkstar, man you truly amazed me and I would think everybody as well. Your stunts were incredable, needed a jaw replacement every time you can into the picture. Edga you stuff was great, reamember you had tons of reps all of which were amazing, must have been a bitch choosing which would be in the video and which sadly wouldn't get to be. RedX I always love your stuff, love how you're a perfectionist when it comes to your stunting and that every stunt is just done perfectly with your own unique style. Sony you had only one stunt but it was great, was amazed you could get it especially with the short run-up you did! Plus your edit was great, was almost like watching an ATS video. Had a great fast paced clean style. I'm kind of disappointed with myself though, really wish I could have done better stuff and i'm still trying but in the end I just kind of felt like the fifth wheel in the video. Mabye because I am the fifth crew member :P. Or am i the fourth since Darkstar is technically the newest now? :laugh:. Nice being in a video where you see your stunts not in shit brown eh Simon? :P

I enjoyed watching this video, only few angles were fucked a bit. Anyway you should get crew section. I'm impatient and thats reason why I left VR, I couldn't wait more then half year to be in crew video. Keep it up guys.

For first I wanna thank to everyone for taking the time for downloading, watching and commenting. :)
Someone mentioned the sabre p2b in the flashes after Darkstar's precision, when I used it but the replaced it with something cause it seemed slow for that part and then I simply forgot to put it back. I'm really sorry for it Edga.
About the stunts, my fav was Darkstar and RedX in this video, Darkstar's precision was awesome, he shared that spot with me more like a half year ago and I was trying it for days but didn't manage to get it landed. Also the finisher was awesome. The tank stunts of RedX were awesome too. Cola, your CSM was an awesome find, really surprised me when I was recording the stunts. Edga, your busstoppie to grind was really smooth and really great job on nailing that p2b precision at the stadium.
I felt there went a long time since our last crew video but, no it wasn't a long time. We haven't got as many members in the crew like WH do for example. Plus we don't use SAiVC either, so we're working with a more limited area.
About the editing, some ppl really didn't like it, I'm sorry for it, but there aren't much videos with editing that's good for everyone's taste, and it won't be me with first editing who'll be able to complete this.

this is why i respect you, I also try to do the same
but unfortunately we must admit we wont get a crew section and much attention unless we release saivc vids, gta4 vids etc
i tried many time to force myself to play saivc but it always fuck me up.... vc and lc forever

Only thing I have to say I didn't like about it was the credit song choice. I like that song but it didn't really go alone with the feeling of the rest of the video. The video was amazing. I wish to have seen more Freeplay on some shots. But for example, a 2nd look on Sony's Ocean Beach doublebump was not needed. keep it up though
