resently my c drive filled so i had to delete alot. now i notise my car spawner is gone. i tryed re-downloading but it gives me an error message.    

help me plz

Your going to need to tell us which car spawner you are trying to download, and what the error is. Then we can probably help by providing a working link to it.

i think it was jaccob v2 or somthing i will look

yeah dannyes scm is the easiest way to go, if you want some other vehicles try the admin console or crazy trainer 151.
