Ok suggestions, but I don't like any of them to be honest. The style of the logo doesn't fit in my opinion and the screenshots seem to be in bad quality.

I think IV will be awesome for banner making. It's colour scheme is just perfect (grey-brownish like current banner).

They're all dark and kinda depressive however, just like the current one. And the current one still beats the suggestions seen here so far in my opinion. I for one would like to see some colours in a banner again, like in the last one.

Tack's one has a nice feel to it. The only thing I started thinking about was that a wider sight might be a bit more groovy.
Keep those banners coming people!
I think we should wait for people to make more banner suggestions, pick a couple of good ones (including the current one) and do a cycle of different banners, which means that the banner would change everytime you refresh the page. That would be fresh and give the site some nice variety in my opinion.

Cause you're using Gtastunting 1 or 2. The dynamic ones only work for hoverPreview 1 & 2 so far, until we figure out what to do with the idea.

The one I made the logo with (I modified the text though) is called verticalization. You should be able to download it at for example dafont.com.

The one Feron made is good, but I think the one we've had for a while is pretty dark and boring and the one by Feron is even darker. Personally I would like to see a little more brighter banners being made.

Some effects would be awesome. The idea itself is very good. I like it soo much. But it looks a bit...hm..plain? Needs more effects. Maybe ask Sucre? He is The Effect Master. However, let's see what does Tack come up with.

Thefty has the point. It would be great to make many banners with the logo and text indentical on all banners, and the rest is different. It will be like the background scroll, but the logo always stays on the top. It would be great.

It's been suggested, and it's what I really want to see.
The main logo on the left hand side, then whatever you want, just to keep some consistency, otherwise it's pretty random.

Please just put the logo where it fits in with YOUR design. That makes sense. It won't be a good banner if you design it around having the logo in a certain spot I think.

Perhaps do a similar thing like have a SA and a VC bike in the air/doing a stunt and split it down the middle like in his picture?

I thought of that too a few days ago. A control panel where a user could choose the banner, skin and borders would be awesome, but perhaps not possible. Talked about it with TD back then, unfortunately he didn't know if it was possible though, so I gotta catch up with Joe in the next few days.

Brulla, it's possible, but a custom mod would no-doubt have to be developed which takes time. It would be quite a large thing to do as well. I guess it would be like a "Skin Designer" which, in itself is easy to do, but to get it to work and be secure etc for all users... not so easy.

Will someone make a Christmas banner or two? Using some mods in GTA3. I prefer looking at new banners everytime, whether or not they fit this charcoal themed board, it's refreshing to see peoples gta art.

Dunno if this might be a little offtopic but as someone mentioned (I think) before it'd be cool with christmas banner. That made me thought about some. If we get a new banner it'd be cool if we had like...4 different versions: summer, winter, spring and autumn. Dunno if it's good but IMO it'd be a fun little thing to see different banners here on GTAS.
Good or bad idea?
