Title: Need help with Aftereffects

I was trying to import .mov file but this error came up:

and Btw, my friend can import .Mov.

you should download that  plugin froom adobe.com or try to reinstall your codec.

uhm, yeah.. install the codecs, then reinstall AE =D

if it is some allready keyed preset, its probably broken or something,
i had same problem with .mp3 files, and .mov files too,
if you downloaded that file, try re-downloading it or something..
