It's pretty hard because of a run up. I've tried it for couple of hours, almost landed it many times, got tired of it.
I did land the fire exit tho.

And I think you share all you're spots. People loose them only because you're sillyness. If you can't land them then just search for other spots but not release them. And if you want to ask if it's old or not then ask some people in msn but not in the forums because here are some guys which like to steal spots  Anyway nice spot, dude. Hope you can land it and not someother

stuck the bsm near the wall and do a bsm2wallride2bb like i did with a ibsm

I have low fps's too, but that doesn't say anything/ I am gonna try this, if I will stuck the bsm  The only problem is that I never done a bsm stunt, because I can't stuck it

its easy in that run up wait i will go try it
EDIT: ledge it from the first time but i the bsm is  too much unstucking even in flon its annoying but easy
