i seen that some people say that bumps modded and impossible without jetpack form dannye.scm, but (i don't know maybe someone told about this), you can get some stars, swim with squalo where you need, then wait police boat, jump to it, and enable leavemealone cheat, and swim to the island with police boat

He means when you use the squalo bump method, people moan about the fact you can't come back to the earthground other than using the Jetpack. So he says that you can just wait for the police to come over with their boats then jump onto it use the cheat that gives you 0 stars and just get back to the floor.
