Title: display driver issues.

I've had this problem since Jan 1st, 2007. Trying to run a brand new copy of VC on Windows Basic. I think it has something to do with this being some early shit model.

Anyhow, while in game I got numbers and letters flashing everywhere, the screen will pause and go black for a few seconds and then resume. I don't know what to do...
