My favourite artist in the genre are The Clash, ATL, We The Kings, Elliot Minor, The Ramones, ect.

The Clash are simply brilliant. I'll get round to listening to The Ramones one day. The rest aren't great, especially Elliot Minor (eeew). Matt will bum you though as you like We The Kings

Old Punk is good. Punk Rock (The REAL (hed) pe definition) is awsome, and I listen to some emo occasionally, it mellows me out.

London Calling is one of my favorite albums ever, I haven't heard of the others except for Ramones which I find a bit tiring in the lenght, but they're all right, all their song are the same though..in my opinion

Why is that Sweet? Brandon is an idiot for thinking all 'emo' people are blubbering and being all depressive. When in reality it's probably not true, and not all people that listen to the genre 'emo' is most assosiated with can be remotely classed as 'emo'.

Emo is just a trend. There are a lot of cliches but they are only partly true.

Nah I agree there is truth to the cliche/stereotype, but to think that all the listeners or whatever are depressive people is just retarded and close minded

I'll go with punk yeah. The other two don't really fit with me. I guess some bands are always an exception, I just can't think of any right now.
