Nice spot. I've tried there before, but from the middle bit of that wooden fence, as the bike doesn't need to be rested on a corner.

Really old spot honostly, I've known about this for a year or two. The little fence thing makes it a bitch, and so does the first building.

damn you daffy, i showed you that stunt. I tryed it with a side packer to bump and i bailed it 1000 times  
my best high there was 193  

Iam looking for the screen or replay now.
