It's possible, really tough though. The best bump I've seen from stairs to bump like these is the one nitzkit did in Arisen. Actually only one I've seen.

I replicated that stunt  Looked smooth and was gonna use it, but was bummed to see it was done in Arisen..

Yeah, and in Hybrid. I personally think it's possible, I've landed the smaller roof with 100ft without RAD's ages ago, maybe I'll give it a shot later

i am trying this in VC2SA for about 2 months now and i got 2-3 times very close to the roof of the near building

Nitzkit landed it to the closest roof on a Sanchez in Mut8ion.
Toxic, the video you're talking about is Animosity I guess what was done by ZeroX UL and Matt but they haven't landed this stunt.
Edit: and it's Terror Squad not ATS

Imposs naturally, the building is in the way so you need to go high to make it over that so you'll end up on another roof, BUT something cool can come from it, i was trying it a while ago and has other cool landings.
