Title: Pure Stunting Server

Well, recently we made a few updates to the server script.  here they are:

- A new spec system including
/spec [ID] - Sends a specing request to another player
/speclist - check out who is currently specing you
/speckick [ID] - end spec session

- A public /me command. (Usage: /me is cool ==> StuntKing is cool)

- 18 new S's (which you cant pick up with hydra's and chopters. so dont lame them)

- /ss [Number] | use this command to spec on an S icon to see where exactly its located. example: /ss 22 will allow you to see where the S no.22 is located.
