Title: Vegas 8.0 Pro Problem =(

when i try to View a Vegas movie Winamp gives me a error =/.

Yeah, and that avi will probably be huge, so try out what DDX send. Also remember that if its a long movie with alot of FX put more MBPS in to lower the quants, so that it wont lag

doesnt work... but it doesnt give me a error but i at winamp I only see a black screen lol...

Then play the Clip with Windows Media Player or VLC Player, because Winamp sucks

Hmm... this is a hart problem. It doesn't works with codecs.... I think you must format you computer and then reinstalling Windows O:

What the hell you're telling to him...

First thing you should do is stop listening to those who doesn't seem to know a fuck before going to formatting or anything bigger.

1) Record one clip with Fraps on VC, doesn't matter what is it
2) Drag it into Vegas and render it as a .wmv file with some random settings.
3) Still black screen?

k look mate, try reinstalling SV once more(be sure u reboot after uninstalation , and again after instalation) , then, download xvid codec pack (http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/))(free) or get dvix codec pack (http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/) one, that is trial like 15 days..
also, update ur SV to newest version 8.0b (http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/updates/vegaspro)...
hope this works,.. if not make me know, ill try to help more, regards....
