Just click on addreply and there is somekinda upload an file . 16mb is the largest . just add it in there .

I did, but that's just for download... which sucks  

Open up the picture in MS Paint, anf when you do "Save as...", choose JPEG under the field where you're suppose to write the file name.

Then you'll get a much smaller file size.
