Title: Rules to P2Bs?

I am so lost on P2Bs! I wanna master these within a month. What rules do I need to know, Like 3 car rule, or just simply how to do it!

Blow out the two back tires on the packer to get a better angle in some situations, Try to position it on level ground and just keep practicing.
