I was watchin' some vids and wanted to watch some SA vids for ''inspiration''
Watched the ''Concept 2'' and saw an ingredible flash something around 0.25

How the hell i'm doing that ?

Err, i use Vegas and i know how to do normal flashes, but don't know how to do like that -.-

I doubt that Torque used plugins for this effect. It looks for me like Levels and "yellowish" Glow mixed together.
